This award honors Fathers Incorporated as the community partner that exemplifies the values and priorities embodied by our mission to offer a restorative program, curriculum, and services to parents and caretakers so that they are supported in attaining their personal, career, familial, and health and wellness goals, as determined by them.

The SUSAN L. TAYLOR DISTINGUISED COMMUNITY PARTNER AWARD is intended to recognize Fathers Incorporated as an outstanding community partner that has significantly impacted the community by the implementation of a special initiative designed to enhance the personal and educational development of fathers, to promote responsible fatherhood and family unity, and to advance the life skills of adult learners.
